Well modifying the extractors has made a nice improvement in torque. Quite significantly actually. Where I used to hold the accelerator at a certain position to maintain speed up a hill next to our street, I found myself accelerating up it instead of maintain the one speed.
And the tape around the pipes has made it quiet. I didn't realise how noisy the extractors were, but not any more.
IMO and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Any updates on this truck? I love the attention to detail, I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else!
This thread has inspired me to do so much work on my own troll and now I'm finally happy with the way it's heading.

I'd love to see the model motors too. I appreciate passion, quality workmanship and attention to detail regardless of where it is applied.
Ill text him and get him to post some up... some great YouTube footage of them also.
After I put extractors and a 2.5" system on my petrol 4x4 it made a huge difference.
