Here is a quick video of the Macalister river crossing having a chat with a Toyota nob....

The funniest thing was as we came down to the waters edge Mags freaked out and picked her handbag up and put it on here lap like she was expecting water to come rushing in... ha ha ha.

Got heaps of video but the really hard clime the camera decided it would jump from its mount... stupid bloody thing.

Are the tracks you did open or seasonally closed? I'd they are closed then Melbourne cup is opening.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

No gates mate....... Not sure how they would close them??

Its funny as now I know where I was in respect to the Licola trip we did 2 years ago... as I just followed I had no idea where I was but now I know all to well where I was and where I would like to go again.. that burgoynes track is a beauty and not sure I would have done it if I had known being on my own with my family in the car.. loved it.

Looks like a great trip BA,

I'd be keen on a family friendly type trip with accommodation as well to entice the better half to come along, great idea!

Looks awesome Jono. Burgoynes track & the Macalister river looks like a very cool spot, need to tick that one of the list soon. Where did you stay, is it part of the camp at licola?? Rivers looked up a little bit too.
