Thats no good mate. I doesn't sound like its going to be something easy to fix too. Maybe a head gasket??? If so try some Silver seal in it, if your getting rid of it. Or until at least you can fix it properly.

Yeah can't just do a quick fix, would way heavily on my conscience. I need it sold so it needs to be done properly.
