*( Safari SWB Drivers side window switch

G'day, has anyone out there had any dramas with the drivers side electric window switch on a SWB Safari?

The switch for the drivers side window on mine is u/s and as Nissan Australia don't list it, and Aaron from ATOC Auto in Melbourne cannot source one from Japan as they have no stock (thanks for your efforts Aaron).

How did you get around the problem?

All suggestions greatly appreciated.

Is the switch physically the same as any 12v patrol? Might actually be the same switch.

Alternatively..maybe you can source one from an NZ parts place..might be a bit of googling though

Not sure of the similarities to the 12volt switch. <Most of the shorties from 89-90 era seem to be full imports and all 24v.

Hadn't thought of NZ, they will be a good starting point for stage 2.
