Did you end up trying the fire colouring stuff?
Curious what it was like.
Yes I tried it after reading the packet all involved thought is was better not to inhale the fumes.
Plenty of copper in it.
Basically turns the fire green and purple

It was pretty naff. Might’ve been better if the fumes had been inhaled! LOL

Hi all, it’s almost the end of the month & our December/January competition will be closed to entries in a couple of days time , so if you have any last minute ones you want to get in before votes are invited, now is the time.
Entries will close on Friday 30th at 7pm (Vic Time) followed by voting over the weekend.
Just a heads up to any new members who have joined us since the beginning of December - all are welcome (& are encouraged) to participate in what is usually a monthly competition. Participation can be in the form of entries, casting your vote, or both. Please see the first post of the thread for details & have a look here for past winning entries. Whilst we have certainly seen some high quality entries, participation itself is perhaps the most important aspect, & one of the things which helps to make us a community.
February will return to the monthly format.
regards
Cuppa
