Walhalla Camping spots for a weekend
Looking for a camping spot around Walhalla. Winnie I know your localish can you point me in the right direction?
I was looking at O'Toole's but i'm not sure its open
Once I find a good spot I'll be locking in some dates and anybody else is welcome to tag along if they wish

Heaps of tracks and historic sites so close by too, there's still a few huts out there remaining as well.

We often do O'tooles or Merringtons. If you can jag one of the spots along the river on Donnelys Creek track they're pretty good as well.
Couple of my mates have found a new spot I haven't been to yet, it's down a dead end track somewhere near Trig Track but apparently that's a bloody nice spot too.
There's also a good spot right on the Aberfeldie River just off Walhalla Woods Point Rd. It was closed after the storms a few years ago but think it's back open again.......Aberfeldie Bridge camp ground???? I think......
Then near Licola you've got the MacAllister Gorge
