Rack of lamb in hay
20140427_132254.jpgJust saw this on TV as it says a rack of lamb in hay, you could use a camp oven but they used a 3 gallon metters pot, this is a 2 gallon
Line the camp oven with straw, cover with vine leaves. Place your browned rack of lamb on top season to taste
cover with more vine leaves and then more hay. Add half a bottle of white wine and cook slowly till ready.
Use what available I'm going to try straw and banana leaves, . Give it a go and report back
