TD42 Radiator -
I know this has probably been asked before but what is the best value radiator for money (Td42t) some people say alloy some people say copper/brass, Whats the go? whats the best?
*TD42* 2 inch suspension, 2 inch body, dts turbo, 3 inch exhaust, twin lockers, bighorns

Branded alloy if you go that way. But general value for money would be a copper/brass unit. Even a genuine item for the cost and the time frame they last makes it good value. Stay away from the cheap alloy items out of china.
Is yours broken? Or are you having overheating issues?

Have you had the current system service? Radiator cleaned internally and externally, thermostat, hoses, block flush. Are all your rubber curtains in place inside the guard? Factory bash/splash guard in place? Foam between condenser and rad? Condenser is clean and not clogged?

on my second chingchong alloy one at $130 they were ok to get me out of trouble and i couldnt afford anything decent at the time. try PWR make a beast but its expencive

best off with the copper heavy duty one, cheaper than alloy and will last longer
2003 gu3 td42tdi sold 😞 bloody gvm towing crap. Bt50 3500kg gvm.

Yea got quoted $500 to re-core my copper one so that's what il be doing and scrapping my 2 eBay pieces of crap for beer money

i can speak very highly of aussie desert cooler, i have used them in loads of cars and 4wds great service and a great product
