Also they guy I boughy it off did say the suspension about 4 years old.

I'd agree with Winnie, looks like the suspension has sagged a bit.
Here's mine with a 2" lift on 33s. Mine are also approx 3 years old

Yeah I dunno how old my Springs are, they were 2nd hand when the previous owner put them in.

I'd say that's standard. The guard gap is similar to the other guys anesthetic running 33" tyres.
