Screeching and squealing when turming right???

As yous may know i have a GUIV Wagon with the 3.0L engine.

As stated in the title nearly every time i turn right i get a screeching, squealing sound coming from what sounds like the front passenger side of the car.
The fast and harder i turn the worse it is.
Its is also present at time when traveling straight but with the road tilted to the left and have to hold the wheel slightly to the right it makes the noise as well.

By the way i did not have this sound before Wednesday when i took my car in to have the fan belt and belt tension-er replaced.
I will be taking it back and be asking them WTF have you done,
But just wanted an idea of what it could be in case its something simple

    Regards

    Shaun

Not a usual problem, but it sounds like something could have been knocked out of place with the old belt snapping and tensioner hitting the fan blade. It could be something rubbing, the power steering pump low on fluid, a broken engine mount, or hopefully a misaligned belt.

The tensioner is a self-tensioning type, so it shouldn't be over-tightened.....

I should mention that it sounds like a metallic noise.

And power steering fluid is just under the full mark.
I can't see anything that looks out of place.

I'm not really sure where the engine mounts are but wouldn't that cause more or a loud clunking when hitting bumps?

Was the bearing just loose or was the whole thing rooted?

Not yet. Got asked to come into work today.
Will take it to nissan after work and get them to look at it or atleast get it booked in for early next weeks. The crank pully and seal needs replacing anyways

Easy enough to figure out if its a wheel bearing, Jack up one front an spin also grab top and bottom and feel for play.
then repeat on other front wheel. one less thing
