This hill used to be a good challenge when the sand was dry, you would loose momentum through the chicane then hit big holes at the top where people had dug in.
Unfortunately I believe this has been bypassed.

Yes, would certainly be more of a challenge with dry sand

Still some challenges threw there though, I just enjoy the drive.. but yes the little desert national park is a must do...

You could spend a week in the park.. strap on some muddies for sure..
Well what month are you guys thinking.. the troll is about to be taken off the road for some serious referb. Probably 2-3 months.. so during that time ill be subjected to an 80 series..

So what sort of mileage and time frame are we talking for this trip, as I'm only an hour east from Kallen's place, and I'm interested.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

I've never been to little desert, will have to look it up.
Do you have an 80 series as a backup car Kallen?
I am starting to think some members on here don't actually have Patrols but are really just spies for Toyota.
South west vic, on the vic sa boarder..
And Hell NO... Its the father in-laws old truck.. they now have the prado full time.. but it saves having to fork out for a 3rd car while q is Out of action..
