Wow - would need a convoy of NissanPatrol forum members to carry this. But that said - definitely a few things I need to add to my inventory!

I learnt to use only what was needing for touring on a motorbike first for weekend trips, 4 cans of baked beans, 2 cans of mixed veg, smokes, is smokes on that list?, beer at the pub, bottle of port in plastic container, packet of asprin & some water, usually 2litres
2002 3L GU Patrol, 2" lift, 33's, snorkel, dual battery, sliders, DVD, bluetooth
Take all that and more, well it feels like it, If it hasn't got 3 uses leave it at home.
I would add 12v extension leads, very handy IMO

Thanks for the list DX
20 plus years of remote travel and i still leave some thing behind on the odd occasion.
I travel as light as possible and try to only carry things with two or more use`s, this of-course it has taken years of practice.
Your list is a great guide and will be a big help for those like me who walk into the shed and say WTF am i looking for.
Any bozo who watches to sort of crap as DX does not deserve praise .... stop encouraging him!!!!!!
Why is the print button not working....???????
