there's a monster beetle flying around trying its best to bash its way into the light fittings. When it gets close to the light fittings it sounds like one of those commercial bug 2appers cooking a cicada. at other times it sounds like the sound of distant WWII bombers droning along on TV - hmm, it has landed somewhere, must go and see what it is!

I don't normally get sent to Physio which is good cause I have had the op so many times I can do all the exercises at home and get all the movement I would get going to a physio, Oh and I love pain so I love the exercises
