I plugged in a Logitech usb stock which allowed me to run a wireless keyboard and mouse.,,The laptop set up the software itself. I took the stock out and the keyboard and mouse wouldn't work. Plug it back in and everything works. Turned the laptop off, pulled the stick out turned it back on and the keyboard works but the mouse wouldn't. Silly me disabled the mouse and now nothing works. Even tried control alt and delete, and nothing. Any ideas before it goes back to the shop in pieces. Rossco.PS...IT.ag still under warranty.

Have you got or can you get hold of a USB mouse with a cord Ross?
It would be handy if we could at least see if we can get a mouse working for you in order to better navigate in a Windows environment.

Have you tried logging into windows under Safe Mode? This loads all basic drivers and you should be able to reset your user profile to enable the mouse/keyboard etc ..
Short of that, the computer should have come with a build disk - you should be able to boot off this and select specific driver installations to rectify the issue ...
And that be the end of my technical knowledge!!!
