    Hi Rod, sorry to hear about the ceilings mate.... Like others have said already, builder is definitely responsible and needs to sort it. Same ring happened to a mate of mine few months back but thankfully the builder couldn't have been anymore compliant and extremely apologetic. Hope you're able to sort it soon!!

    Well your mate must have had a different builder, THIS so called builder reckons it's caused by the vibration in the garage door, it's two story fer crying out loud.
    We'll get em, or my name's not ferret.

    Blooming heck, garage doormust use a chieftain tank diesel engine to open and close hey, to cause that sort of vibration!!?? I'm no builder but what a crock of sh!t
