Thanks Benny for the pics and the advice. I've fitted longer travel shocks as well, and took all the dimensions you spoke of, and worked out that I need to add about 40mm to the length of the stops to avoid the new shocks topping out at full flex. Just trying to work out the best option for increasing the length of the bump stop rubber or its mount.
I hadn't seen anyone with the box welded to the bump stop plate before, so I'll add your idea to the options.
You're lucky to have a forklift to check all this stuff with.
