That Jimna fire tower looks like a mission to climb!

You can't climb the jimna fire tower AB, the stairs are blocked with barbed wire and concrete reo, and you can't see the view through the trees (even standing on the roof of the car)


It does look like a nice place, only problem i can see driving to Kilcoy, i think id be too tempted to just go up the road a bit to stay at LCMP ?

I'm pretty sure I climbed a fire tower up that way 4 or 5 years ago, must have locked it up since then

Nah, that was Ben E Boy doing a flex test on it :-)

I remember a big tall steep bare grassy hill near the tower that had a track going straight up and down. Would be a scary place to loose traction and start to go sideways :-)
