NP forum has a new owner

Hi NP team,

The time has come to hand over the torch to someone who will have more time to invest in our great forum.

Over the last 15 years of NP we have all built up an amazing community of likeminded folks not just for the passion of all things patrols but more so similar characteristics in personalities which was the foundation of our success.

I firstly want to thank our mods who have put their own valuable time and effort into keeping this place clean and organised, which I know firsthand is an effort on its own, especially back when we went viral and forums were the go-to platform, without you this place wouldn’t exist, so I thank you for your efforts!

We created a different little place here, a respectful and considerate home for patrol enthusiasts no matter what skill level and knowledge you have. We shared a passion of welcoming newbies which was the heart of the NP success and the NP values we love.

Thank you to the long-standing members who not only looked after NP themselves but also gave up so much of their time sharing their incredible in-depth knowledge and passion to help others in desperate times of need, thank you!

We had some amazing ups and some amazing downs lol, mostly up’s though and that’s what really matters.


I have personally met some amazing people on here and some that I call my close friends, and I thank you the NP members in making this happen.



Our Friends at Patrolapart & Navarapart recognise the incredible value of our community and has generously stepped up to ensure the forum's long-term future. They will invest in the site's foundation, managing the servers and maintenance to preserve this space for all of us and keep it the valuable, spam-free resource we all depend on."

I’m extremely happy that they have offered to do this, without them, this place would have to shut down like so many other forums have done so around the world, and I would like to thank the team at Patrolapart& Navarapart for keeping the flame going.

I’m also not going anywhere folks, please keep creating meet ups too, I just started a new job but once I settle into my new role, I am super keen to keep our trips going as I truly call many of you here my friends.


Anyways lol, not a goodbye but I want everyone to know that this is happening and It’s a big moment in my life as this was my baby for many years and I am pleased that Patrolapart can keep the flame going.
