    Yes and yes.

    The parameters we designed into it are to hold at least 120Kg, which in the computer modeling it did easily. During the rest of the torture testing I'll find out just what sort of real-life weight it will hold, right up until we bust it altogether, so it will probably be the last test.

    On the front of the box, to the right and left of the centre latch you can see some holes. This is where you can make use of either one or two various standard sized padlocks which come up from underneath to prevent tampering.

    Today we are testing the goretex valve and seal.

    So far we've noticed a bit of flex in the side walls, but nothing concerning given that this prototype is only ABS plastic and not the final glass reinforced Polypropylene that should be much stronger.

    Will keep the updates going as we progress.
    Between Patrols ATM. Had a beaut GU with 6.5 Chev TD. Next is a GU ute with a 4.5 litre Cummins conversion and a camper on the back.
