Hi All,
I've had a bit of a search but can't find a definitive answer, so hope you guys can help.
I am taking delivery of a new 2016 Y61 GU 10? or is it 11? (Not sure how to tell on the series #)
Anyway, stock tyres are 275/65/17, I have a 2" lift in the works and am thinking of changing the tyres out to Mickey T ATZ P3's. I currently run these on my Pajero and am very happy with them on and offroad. What I want to know is the question of going up to 33's (285/70/17) from the stock size.
I think the factory alloys are +10 Offset.
Is there is any issue going to the 285/70/17 wheel with the standard offset wheels, IE: Any scrubbing etc?
How big of a power hit does the stock 3.0 litre take going from 31's to 33's and a more aggressive LT profile tyre?
Is it a better prospect to just go to 265/70/17?
Will 16" wheels fit this model? and is there that big a price difference between 16 and 17's to warrant changing wheels?
If I was to sell the 17's and fit 16's, what is the rough resale value of barely used 17" factory alloys and tyres? and what offset should I be aiming for in 16's if I was to go 33's?
