It is on special and
comes with a
reversible ratchet
attachment. Aussie
made too, which is
a bonus. I had to
replace my el cheapo
micrometer torque
wrench, because I
left it sitting on the concrete
in the sun, while I was working
on the Old Trol, wound up to
140 ft lb. Now it is
way out of whack.
