Is Delo 400 Multigrade 15w-40 ok for gu crd even though Nissan recommend 10w-40 ?

Hi All,
As above, is this ok for CRD? even though manufacturer recommends 10w-40 and Delo 400 from what I read says for pre 2007 engines? Looking to do my first oil change on my 2010 gu crd and just want to make sure I am doing the right thing.
