Nissan Australia wil be recalling 24,700 examples Y61 Patrols built between June 2006 and July 2013 Vehicles will be asked to be returned to dealers for repairs with affected owners to be notified by mail.
It is in relation to the accelerator sensor failing is that the car may not respond to throttle inputs, meaning it could slow down or stop completely, even if the driver's foot is flat to the floor.
