swampy and ozzy's (oh and the hilux guy's) exellent adventure at lcmp
well, we headed out 5 am friday morning from south of brissie, arrived at 9'ish.
Set up swampy's new camper trailer, then straight to the pig pen
Plenty of rocks in brakes, but reasonably unscathed.
We finished friday with some axe throwing and beers. (just seemed the right thing to do
Saturday, we hit the trails ... well that was interesting.Solid 8 hours of hills, slopes, crossings.
Hilux lost all brakes
swampy managed to get water in dizzy cap
i managed to get myself cross rutted on a lovely 45 degree down hill slope. ( sphincter muscles are just starting to relax a tad now)
All of the kids had a great time ( including the big kids )
