from memory it was 160 or 170cc
Thanks for the reply mate, that seems a bit small though?
sorry mate that was supposed to read 260cc, still a small injector, wont even keep up to 4psi of boost

From what I have been told
2.60cc and size is 11mm standard for the TB42E, You can not buy these brand new, can but buy reconditioned or recondition your own
370cc for Turbo
Why do you ask?
Their is a mob in Melbourne that does new fuel rail and takes 14mm injectors for the TB42E, I'll send you a link later when I get the info of my old man.

I'll be looking at turboing the Maverick at some point now that it's got efi gear running the fuel management.
Was looking into Nistune + bigger injectors + turbo gear to get a rough idea of pricing. Have twin pot brakes and slotted discs to install, plus I need to figure out how much it'll cost for VASS signoff for the mods too.

im about 5k in with axt manifold and turbo, no intercooler, 3" exhaust, walbro 255 pump, 660cc intectors, nistune board and tuned. as for power nfi atm it really woke up when i added the 3" exhaust and fixed the wastegate recently so really needs a retune.
i may be stripping the tb42e and turbo gear out in 6 months or so to fit a 355 stroker instead not sure yet, only because i have a fresh 355 sitting in the shed
I've already got a manifold so thats one less thing to worry about. Have a started a shopping list for the other bits and pieces and have em on my regular ebay search list. I would have gone down the road of diesel or V8, but I've got two TB42's sitting there(one is in the car). Figure I'll run one til it dies, then pop the other one in. I'm not chasing mad horsepower or anything, just enough to perk the old girl up a bit.
Have been trying to educate myself on forced induction too, currently reading "real world high performance turbocharger systems"", it's a little more indepth than I think I need to go, but good to understand the how and why.
