I have found some more damage from that track which is a stuffed upper panhard bush on the front..

Chasing this weird steering issue since that track and while getting my daughter to help found the bush was stuffed.

I will head over to mudski's tonight to get another... so the cost from one track is mounting.

I hope this sorts the problem?

You are making me nervous for the weekend coming on the 30th. Oh, well, not much point having a truck if you don't use it. The pics and videos did look good.
    Thanks, Cameron

The TD sounds beautiful BA, love it!

Looks like you had a great day. My poor old bus didn't fare so well at Toolangi.. snapped winch rope & popped bead

No need to be nervous Cam. As long as we have recovery gear and a good bunch of people that are willing to help we'll be right and I reckon we've got both of those.

Not good to hear GQJETT. Looks like Toolangi is living up to it's "Truck breaker" name. It's hungry, and is having a feast right now...
Few other Facebook pages and forums I read all report a lot of damage, from the weekend gone. Toolangi, after all that rain was always gonna be interesting...

So my steering issue was a panhard bush... installed one this evening and went for a test drive and all is well again.

    Thanks mudski..

I think i have sorted most of the issues from that track.

Glad i figured it out as there is nothing worse than getting frustrated and not being able to solve the problem.

We will be right. Just will pick and choose what we do. If we take tracks a bit easier just means we might have to winch more

And also at this stage I'm thinking an early finish to set up camp and crack into a few beers any way

I think that's the reality, get the winch out before thrashing things too much. Will depend a lot on how much more rain we get between now and then.

Edit: I just realised that from your post, you've obviously got used to the idea of camping for the night.
    Thanks, Cameron
