I can get a pack of electrical tape and a few lengths of heat shrink in different colours. Consider that my contribution. Remember I work at an electrical wholesaler but we don't do 12V stuff, I will donate what I can.

If you're happy and you know it tap a post!

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

I've got a bag of 10,000 Heat stabilised cable ties, some split conduit, a few various terminals my soldering iron, solder and some wire but might need more depending on what we need to do.
George (or anyone), are you able to get your hands on some cheap 12V wire (4mm)?

Chris wire is wire, cars use 10amp mainly and 15 amp wire generally but i'm not sure if 12v is different to 240v but i do know that the wire used in the house walls is rated 10 amp but is 15 amp wire if that makes sense?? Even tho most power points are 10 amp they under rate. When i go to work on monday i'll look at a spool and post a pic of its specs.

Heat shrink is a hard one but i do know Narva make a small pack with red and black with different gauge heat shrink like .9mm, 2mm, 3.4mm etc etc so sort of pack like that would be fantastic

Sorry George wire is not wire. Automotive cables will be required. Housing wire has much thicker stranding and will not be up to the punisment of corrugated roads and will break.
