    There is a War oon ebay at the moment for Roof Racks take advantage of it.

    Things to look for

    Better to have 4 feet down each side than 3
    Count the cross over bars, the more the better

    If you look at the TigerzII they have about 4 cross overs and 3 feet and have been left behind and are no longer worth a look.
    Dont be deterred by the price, they are cutting each others throat and that is not your problem

    I have seen this rack in the flesh and it is a winner Super Tough GU Roof Rack

    Here is another from them which is Plenty GOOD Enough for 99% of the market Good Strong Rack for a GU

    Here is the TigerzII and does not come close to the other one. Sorry TigerzII you have been left behind. I rate there winch but their rack is rubbish TigerzII Rack - Undersize and over priced
    Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!! ....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!

    The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

    currently looking at racks ourselves....postage will be a clincher, with depot pick-up available on some of the ebay items. The feedback on some of the sellers gives a good read as well, with some hidden costs if the item isn't signed for or delivered as expected.
    Still cheaper than quotes from ARB/ UV4x4 etc
