dodgy painted wheel guards
when i bought my gq the owner b4 me had a go at painting the plastic wheel guards, they are now starting to peel, underneath the peel spots the plastic is in great condition, i wondering if anyone knows the best way to get the rest of the paint off without damaging the plastic

If they did not use plastic primer I've had luck just using a high pressure water gun

Hi. Recently had a dodgy repair fixed under warrant on our Toyota echo (big engine, 1.5!). Crash repairer had painted the bumper and not primed/prepared it so the paint was peeling off. Took it back and he said they would use high pressure washer to remove the paint so it appears even the "experts" use this technique!
