2015 GU No horn and flashing set light for cruise control.

Hi Brains trust,

My GU has a few minor gremlins.

I'm thinking because i don't have a working horn and the SET indicator for my Cruise control is flashing i have a faulty clock spring.

Is my thinking correct or am i barking up the wrong tree
