G'day everyone,

Ive had my patrol for just shy of 3 years now, shes a coil cab with a TD42TI, loving it one of the best things ive ever bought. Just looking for general advice on maintenance as shes gettin gup there done 420,000 ive done the last 50,000. used to be a farm ute in NSW but ive moved to North QLD.

Going to refresh it a bit and put some good genuine parts in to keep its legendary legacy going. I am a heavy diesel mechanic by trade, but love learning from those that live and breathe these beautful machines!

Mate I think you’re all over it with genuine parts and being a diesel mechanic. Regular good oil and filters. I understand you saying it’s one of the best things you’ve bought. One of the best things I ever bought too was a wagon TD42T. God I loved that thing. Enjoy yours Diego and hang around here. You might like the joint, and we could learn from you too mate.
