Rear quarter chop and custom rear bar !
Hi I am located in Perth and am looking for some advice on a rear quarter chop and a custom rear bar on a gq patrol ?
- tools ?
- what to make bar out of
- how to go about rear bar
- anyone do rear bars to order
Any tips and advice would be appreciated : )

Thanks for that effort Tony - probably best to look at some if the vids in the trips and treks section for QLD for the finished result as the photos never quite give the idea of how it looks .. my rear bar has proven super practical (and cheap) and the quarter panel chop cost just over $400 - just need to find the right place to get it done ...

By the way, apart from my time and effort, including welding sticks, grinding disks, bolts, etc, that rear bar cost me a grand total of $155 ... AND I still have steel left over also ...
