My 2.8td Dyno Results
So she made a massive 50rwkw's! Go the 2.8td! Surprisingly, it made 511nm's of torque too. I didn't think it'd be that high. I've compared this to some 4.2td dyno results and mine made more Torque, but the 4.2 made more horse power.
I've blocked the EGR valve, have a straight through 3" exhaust from the Turbo, no mufflers or CATS and it was dyno'd on 35" baja claws on 15" sunraysia rims.
Hopefully one day I'll be able to afford the diesel chip. Then I should see 80rwkw's and more torque!
Cheers

Mines bog standard.
Did blocking the EGR make much difference?

Wow are you serious? That's pretty impressive. That's about 92 kilowatts.
Is that power reading at the rear wheels though? I didn't think the chips could get the 2.8's much over 80rwkw's!
Also what exhaust is that test car running? Is the boost altered? Any other details we need to know?
Cheers!

That is rear wheel HP for a 2.8 here is brisbane done on our Dyno. (first run was exhaust only and the second run was exhaust, chip and Dyno tune) He was powering up the Gatewaybridge in 5th gear after getting the work done.
It is a custom 2.5" Exhaust (we even do a 3" system) running around 12PSI with a Roo Systems Chip
