Scrounged a slimline narrow yet lightweight firewood stick top rack out of our wrecking yard today to bolt in for next adventures

Not that our crews firewood logs ever affected my Expedition Boxes lids but at least I’ll be able to get quick access to my undies box next time around, just need to label which box out of 12 capable now they’re in

Absolutely pissing down rain here in Victoria today, may as well go chase down some ute snow time with our Littlest ⛄️

So much lighter these boxes than my old steel tool boxes, consolidated all tools, recovery gear and spares down to 4 x Expedition ones, 8 x Extra ones for tucker, cooking gear, bedding, clothes and first aid, LOVE EM

Hey Guys, just a bit of an update as it has been a while...

Unfortunately, due to a number of circumstances, I have made a personal decision to step out of the Expedition134 business and leave it with my business partner to run.

Been a pretty sad time coming to grips with it, but sometimes it goes that way and you have to man up and make a decision. Hopefully, he can resurrect it all and explore some of the exciting plans that we were laying out.

If there is a positive, it is that I suddenly find myself with time for family, time for tinkering, and hell, I even read a number of books simply for the reading pleasure of it instead of trying to improve on some skill or other. There are positives and I am intending to run with them! I am sure there are others who have been through similar circumstances and felt the relief when there is a change, even if it wasn't a change that I envisioned a short while ago.

I want to thank you all for all of the fantastic support, suggestions, ideas, photos of the boxes as you are using them, and the general banter. Been a great run and learnt a hell of a lot!
Had a beaut GU with 6.5 Chev TD, but sold the soul and now driving a 79 series dual cab. Yes, a Tojo on the Patrol Forum! Also having fun trying to build the ultimate Expedition Grade storage box.

    Sorry to hear that Ben.
In my experience, when you free yourself up from something that is consuming much of your time, you inevitably open yourself up to other opportunities.

If your next venture is anything like this was, I'm on board already
