Nissan Patrol Turned into Halo Warthog

Do you guys remember that famous game Halo back on the Xbox when it first came out.

When they did the film the Wart Hog machine was made out of a Troll.

Apparently the guys at Peter Jackson's WETA effect studio made a real-life working Warthog out of an Aussie Nissan Patrol as part of the live action Halo piece that was released in 2007 (check out the Warthog in action here). So since the pitch for the Halo movie fell on deaf ears, this piece of machinery has just been sitting around, and what do you do with a real-life warthog no one's using? You use it! It's a nerdy piece about dressing up as a marine, but I know a lot of AusGamers users are 4WD fanatics, so thought it worth posting a link to.
