Camping around Alexandra/Eildon.
G'day guys, I'm heading up to Alex/Eildon area over Easter.
It's a long shot, but does anyone know of any nice spots that don't get too crowded?
I'm planning to have a bit of a cruise around the area anyway to see if I can find somewhere nice, but any leads are appreciated.
Cheers guys!

Patrol God
I'd think any spare space would have a tent on it over Easter.
Take it easy eh.

Try jerusalem creek camping area. They get a few people in the 1st ones but are normally quiet as you head further in

James,
It won't be quiet, but you could try Rubicon, spots up the top end of Big River, or Granny Flat as a base camp.
These are great spots.

Do you have a boat/tinny?
In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.

Thanks for the replies guys!
Lucas: I'll definitely check Jerusalem creek out. The quieter the better!
HappyGU: Thanks mate, had a quick google and found a few pics, they look like nice spots!
Family4x4fun: nah I don't. It's a pity too as it looks like some camping grounds around Eildon are boat access only and i would imagine fairly quiet.

Hi James,
where did you end up camping, could you get a good spot over the long weekend?
We're thinking of heading out that way for Queens Bday and I reckon it's going to be packed, especially at Big River
