95 GQ 2.8 compression readings - where to start?

Hey all,

So I picked up a great little shorty last night, 95 GQ 2.8 with 150,000k's. Truck is in great shape but the pre purchase inspection gave compression readings of 350 (C2) and 380 (C5) while all the others were on 400.

I bought the truck anyway (roll the dice) but now need to work out what I should do first to fix this and avoid a cracked head? I know this could cost a few hundred up to a severe dent in the beer budget...
