Niisan GU engine performance

The patrol is not performing great, tuned it up(plugs, leads, timing but still struggles to go any comments would be appreciated.

More information will help us help you, what engine do you have, is it miss firing, using excessive fuel, lacking power, how many Km's has it done, is it running on gas, what modifications if any does it have? etc etc.

She is an old girl 1998 240K Best vehicle I have ever had. 4.5 Petrol. Runs on gas and fuel. Lacks power (more than usual). No mods didn't need to been most places in Australia and she has always bought me home.
