Bloody marketing people. Looking at buying a block of land next to my daughter in Gippsland. Its been running cattle for 75 yrs. Now been rezoned rural living, but re-badged by estate agent to 'Lifestyle. Cost per Hectare has gone up a factor of 10, and no water, just power at the road and a concrete pipe for the crossing.

Wiseleigh. Its only a good time if you are the seller. For the buyer its a rip off. Last Sunday there were bloody cows shitting on the ground in this block, now today its some sort of nirvana rebadged to rip at the heart strings as a 'lifestyle' block - total BS. Not a single improvement to the block from Sunday until now, not even water. What is the tangible justification?

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
