Hi saw these on the guys DX ex teltra wagon at my Laser cutters He has put early flares on the later model looks a treat, black are his the charcoal metallic OE are mine for street use.
both wrapped in 285s, Ti is off my trailer.

04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there
my 16"mud setup and my summer set, going to get the other 4 rims redone and swap them over but not sure yet if i will paint them black with polished highlights.

My OE rims and Ti rims are sand blasted, primed, powder coated then clear coated.
There are some tricks to powder coating so PM before please.
To paint I would under coat then top coat with the rim warm.
