dash and park lights

hi fellas wondering if anyone elses gu wagon has dash and park light woes, i have a short some where when i turn the on lights on the fuse blows,does any know of any common problems cheers

Hey mate have u put an aftermarket head unit in? Cos the negative wire u might be using is not a negative it's a dash negative but positive when they're on so it shorts it

i have put a new stereo in it i will have look into that thanks for the idea

Yea, if its connected to that wire just earth the radio to the mounting bracket bolt, if u need pics let me know

well mate i owe you a beer it was that radio earth,you must have been caught with that one before,it would of been the last place i would think of, thanks again

No worries mate, yea figured it out when i put mine in that it wasn't an earth wire! Glad it worked for u mate! Nice patrol too! I got the same burgundy myself
