Replacement thermo fans for an MQ out of a Falcon?

Hi Guys & Gals,

My mate wants to put in new thermo fan/s into his MQ (2.8 Petrol) and thinks there is an option of using a setup from an EF/EA Falcon. Is this correct. Just chasing info if anyone has done this conversion and what model falcon to look for before we head to the wreckers.

Ive just fitted a set from an EF in my L28 shorty
Unless the clutch fan set up is totally stuffed, the thermos are a set backwards in air flow
Ive gone EF thermos due to massive body lift
I paid $30 for the fans, took less than an hour or so to fitup,got wiring and relays to do,when all installed
