    Intercooler cleaned

Being a mechanical gimp, I get a good deal of satisfaction completing simple mechanical tasks. Anyway, today I removed and cleaned the intercooler on my GU. It appeared to be dirty but that's only a guess because I had nothing to compare it to. The fins had some crap in them but nothing drastic, but of more concern was some oil residue on the exterior surface near the outlet. I cleaned that off and will check it from time to time.

Next job will be to put in a catch can.

Dawes Valve and Provent 200 on the way. Next is the Boost and EGT gauges. Is there a specific brand I should look for or are they all much of a muchness?
