GU patrol factory winch bar bash plate
Hey guys I have installed a tigerz11 winch to my GU patrol with factory winch bar. Im just wondering if anyone has managed to reinstall the factory bash plate after installing a winch. I cant seem to get my hands in there to put the 3 bolts in the back with the winch in the way.

Mine has nuts welded on, so you just put the bolts back in from below.

I used to pieces of strip steal and made up some L shape brackets that bolt to where the number plate bracket used to bolt. My bash plate has 3 bolts that go in from the top and two from underneath at the front

Hi,
I just got a finger on it to get the nut started and then put a spanner on it and put a finger on the spanner to hold it down.
Or you could try finding a kid with small hands to help you out.

Had the same issue with mine. Only just remembered after seeing this post - haha!! Never did get around to putting the 3 bolts on, just bolted it up with the two front ones, hasn't fallen off yet. May take another look this weekend.

I just got the 12,000lbs hercules. I just had to buy slightly longer bolts and I rotated the gearbox so I can access the lever. Otherwise everything bolts up nicely and was very easy with the bullbar removed
