How many kms has it done?

Were the injectors done?

Would have sworn it was dodgy glow plugs.
Good luck finding the issue Pete.

Is it "White" or "Black" smoke. If its "White" smoke, its most likely a glow plug issue, even though you have stated they were tested. Try glow the plugs until the light goes out, then immediately glow them again and see if there is a difference.
