Realised I had a spare relay so swapped them out. Old one had burn marks over one of the pins extending into the Relay....

Gave the Relay a bit of a wiggle and this morning the problem didnt occur. So will take it out at the weekend and see if its cooked. Any recommendations for a replacement? They seem to be hell...

Sorry, I should have said 13.7 - 14.3 volts. At high revs voltage is at 14.3v

Yeah got the uni's covered (prop shafts eh?) and the steering. Wonder if there is a diagram somewhere showing all the grease points
