For the intercooler to leak THAT much, you'd have to have serious boost loss and/or performance loss.
Personally, I highly doubt the intercooler...

Suspension lift and/or/either Body Lift is measured hub centre to wheel arch

I always measure from centre of the hub to the wheel arch, takes into account differences in wheel diameter.

But another vote for looking like a 2in lift

Definitely looks like a 2" lift.
