Would not touch Kings stuff ever.

Recent Temora show was fantastic. Only problem was culling down the 1800 photos to a manageable number.

ECU also controls airconditioning, increases revs at idle.
Did about 5000klm on Fraser and to Temora with no problems and excellent fuel economy (as low as 12.1lp100k) Came back on...

Update. Auto sparky replaced 2 relays as they were beyond repair. Running well but glow plugs still need a manual override switch they installed.
Off to Fraser tomorrow for 10 days or so and then to...

Update. It appears that the ECU which controls glow plugs and fuel pump timing (not fuel volume as pump is mechanical) might be the problem. Unfortunately sparky can't get there until Monday...

GU is now 18yrs old and goes to Fraser a couple of times every year so rust was always going to be a problem sooner or later. Had windscreen replaced many years ago and a dodgy job did not seal it...

Existing drag link is in good condition so does not need to be replaced. It only the cracked rubber boots which will cost $10 from Superior Engineering.

Vague plan is to go to Avalon airshow in March and then just head west. No particular time or place except be back by 1st week in October for trip to Fraser with son and the usual group of derelicts....
