Pretty much bake the meat between 90 and 130 degrees for around 45 mins then sear it in a very hot pan. For 60 seconds each side. It's worked well both times now so I'm going to keep sticking with it...
Were having some friends over for tea tonight. I'm cooking steak. Went with the reverse sear method, which I'm a novice at. They still need to be seated but look bloody delicious.
