Got the pumper off finally! This thing rides like a logging truck without all the weight. Gonna get a bed from my buddy that’s parting out his rock buggy and then off to lighten those leaf springs...
Started tearing into the pumper bed today. Heavy stuff, hopefully the Safari will be a couple thousand pounds lighter tomorrow.

Has anyone here tried a 63” Chevy leaf spring swap on a patrol? I know it work perfectly on my old 85 4runner, rode smooth with plenty of flex and 6” or so of lift. 7768877687
